You know true love when you see it. Brad looks at Rachel with a kindness that could melt your heart. When he proclaimed that he could finally call her “his Wife not his girlfriend or his fiance but his Wife”, I knew in that moment that this is a marriage for a lifetime. Surrounded by friends and family, Rachel + Brad were married at the Caswell House in Austin. The day held so many fun moments. No wedding is without a few hiccups. Veil forgotten at home. No problem because little sister comes to the rescue. The piano player forgets he’s at a wedding and not at his own concert and plays on a bit too long during the processional. Nothing a little “hey, cut it!” from the Bride can’t cure. What a way to lighten the mood, Rachel! We all had a good laugh. I’m sure they’ll never forget that moment. It’s an important lesson that you just have to go with the flow. As long as you are surrounded by the ones you love nothing else matters.

Lauren + Travis were married on a gorgeous Spring day at Barton Creek Resort. I had the best time hanging out with Lauren and her bridesmaids. It’s always wonderful to spend your day with down to earth girls. Lauren cracked me up with her fun and quirky personality. Loved her!
BZ Events did an amazing job coordinating this wedding. You really can’t ask for a better group of ladies to plan your day. A very special thank you to Shannon Cunningham for having me along at this wedding. Congratulations to Lauren + Travis!

Settle in, folks. There are a lot of images here. I had the hardest time narrowing them down because there is just too much awesome to share with you. Stephanie is the quintessential DIY bride. My mouth dropped wide open when I arrived at the 12 Oaks Ranch for the wedding reception. Amazing, straight out of a magazine details. Gorgeous chandeliers hung thoughtfully throughout the pavilion. They even incorporated their home into the day by using recycled wood from their old fence to make the welcome sign. It was a perfect day. The ceremony was held at Chapel Dulcinea in the hill country. The weather was as beautiful as the bride. They danced. They had cake and cup cakes. There was delicious home made Mexican food and even old fashioned bottled Coca~Cola. It was so much fun. Now I’m hungry!
