Every bride wants her wedding day to be perfect. Sometimes things don’t always go exactly as we planned. A city block looses power and the restaurant you booked has to cancel your reception dinner reservation, nobody can figure out how to pin on the boutonniere (where is a youtube video when you need one), the JP is running an hour behind schedule so you consider getting ordained online to marry (I mean, how hard can it be) and then as soon as you are ready for portraits a storm blows through pouring buckets of rain on your day. Guess what? It doesn’t matter. Here is proof that you can have all those things happen and still have an amazing wedding. I have so much love for Lesley + Brent + their family. This small intimate wedding was such a joy to photograph. And brides, I usually suggest having someone you know marry you but if you need a JP, Judge Williams was the best. The vows + words spoken were so beautiful…truly one of the most romantic ceremonies I’ve had the honor to witness. Lesley + Brent, congratulations! Your day was perfect.
